Support Coordination
A support coordinator in Parramatta who explains your plan, connects your supports and helps with the paperwork.
The NDIS has a lot of moving parts. A support coordinator helps you turn your plan into supports that fit your life. Support coordination is funded in many NDIS plans, but not all.
If you use our support coordination, you still choose every provider in your plan, including providers other than Altura. We tell you in writing when we deliver other supports to you.

Who this support suits
Support coordination suits people new to the NDIS, people who find the admin hard and people with many supports to manage. Families helping someone they love use it too. You do not need any other Altura support to use our support coordination.

Do I have to use Altura for my other supports too?
No. You choose every provider in your plan. That might be Altura or another provider. If we deliver other supports to you, we tell you in writing.
Is support coordination in my plan?
It is funded in many plans, but not all. Send us your plan and we will help you check.
Can you help me get ready for my plan review?
Yes. We help you go into your review with a clear picture of what is working and what you need next.
