Feedback and complaints

Your feedback is how our care keeps getting better.

Tell us what is working and what is not

We want to hear from you. That includes the good, the bad and the small things. Anyone can give feedback or make a complaint. That includes participants, families, guardians, support coordinators and other providers.

Speaking up will never change the support you get from us. You will not be treated differently.

How to make a complaint

You can also ask for Salman Ahmed. You can give feedback without your name if you prefer. We may not be able to reply to you if we do not know who you are.

Bring someone with you

You can ask a family member, friend, advocate or support person to help you. They can speak for you if you want them to. If you need an interpreter, call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 and ask them to call us.

What happens next

We will let you know we have your complaint. We will tell you who is looking into it and how long it is likely to take. We will talk with you to understand what happened and what you would like to see change. Then we will tell you what we found and what we will do about it.

We keep your complaint private. We only share details with the people who need them to sort it out.

If you are not happy with our reply

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or at www.ndiscommission.gov.au. You can also go straight to the NDIS Commission at any time. You do not need to complain to us first.

For a privacy complaint, see our privacy policy.
