Our story

Who we are and what we stand for

Altura Care is a registered NDIS provider with an office in Parramatta. We support people with disability in Parramatta, Westmead, Northmead, Rouse Hill, Riverstone and Castle Hill. We help with daily life at home, a place to live, time in the community and therapy.

The Altura family wants every person we support to feel known by name. Our vision is to help people reach new heights of independence, with care that builds confidence and dignity. We help you do more for yourself, step by step.

We want families to feel free to speak up. You can call us to talk about your support. Tell us what is working and what is not. Your feedback is how our care keeps getting better.
