Altura Therapy, allied health services

Altura Therapy is the allied health service of Altura Care.

Altura Therapy offers occupational therapy in Parramatta for NDIS participants. It helps with the practical side of daily life. An occupational therapist looks at what you want to do and what gets in the way. Then you look at ways around it together.

You choose the goals, like cooking your own dinner. In a session, you work on the task together. That might mean practising a skill, setting up a space or trying equipment.
